1. Returns & Refunds

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for size or color variations within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Exchanges follow the same return conditions mentioned above.
If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product with your order details for quick resolution.
